A Rematch of A Rematch

Everyone should have caught my last blog Rosehill vs Neilson Rematch.  Well, tonight was the rematch of the rematch.  Things went a little different this time.  While Jay got in most of the face landing punches Neilson got a few good ones in along with a lot of hits to the back of Rosehill's heat area.  More of the glancing blow type.  Take a look at the video below.

As this story develops over the course of the year I will keep you posted.  I know Rosehill wasn't finished with this last fight.

Then you have the video of Neilson's antics before the fight (that started right after they got out of the box from off setting unsportsmanlike penalties).  Eric Neilson did probably one of the stupidest things he has ever done before in his life.  He opened the penalty box door on his own after it was closed.  This is a reviewable and suspendible offense.  I would be surprised if the league doesn't take a look at this and give Neilson a game suspension because of it.  Of course what does that matter when you are scratched half the time because you can't play hockey.  At least he knows his roll.
