Norfolk's First Players Announce

With the lockout all but official teams are starting to make roster moves to bring a few two way players down to the AHL along with the start of a finalized roster for their AHL teams.  This year so far the Norfolk Admirals will have the goal tending to at least make it to the playoffs.  Check out the moves the Ducks have made to the Norfolk Admirals so far.

Frederik Andersen - Goaltender
Igor Bobkov - Goaltender
Josh Brittain - Left Wing
Mat Clark - Defenseman
Marco Cousineau - Goaltender
Corey Elkins - Center
Emerson Etem - Right Wing
Peter Holland - Center
Matt Kennedy - Right Wing
Ryan Lasch - Right Wing
Brandon McMillan - Left Wing
John Mitchell - Left Wing
Kyle Palmieri - Right Wing
Devante Smith-Pelly - Right Wing
Sami Vatanen - Defenseman
Chris Wagner - Center

First you have the core players that came over with the transfer of the team from Syracuse; then you bring in a lot of new young talent from lower leagues.  On top of that you bring in a couple NHL players like Devante Smith-Pelly.  With this line up so far Norfolk will be a force but one thing you need to remember is every AHL team has or will be making the same kind of moves.

With that said... Rabbi out!
